Rebriefing on COP3

• Workshops for Premier, After Effects, Maya for Thursday sessions
• Class will be separated into at least two groups
• Evidence for submission:
  . 6000 to 9000 word dissertation (Less than 5400 or more than 9900 words will receive a penalty)
    - Look into tricks in paraphrasing, particularly for long quotes.
    - Will be broken down into chapters, at least 5 (This will be looked into too).
    - One particular chapter will focus on your synthesis on the topic at hand, allowing you to break into first person... (May not be appropriate for everyone, however)
    - Get a draft done by Christmas
  . Practical piece
    - Could be concept art, storyboards, etc.
  . Documentation through Blog (Min. of 10 blog posts)
  . Academic Poster (A2 Size) A condensed presentation of your overall project's synthesis and results
    - By end of December
    - With consist of quotes and what not from the essay.
    - Can refine again before exhibition
• Second chance to remand that proposal that was submitted before summer.
  . To be finalised by 13th October, 4pm
• 14th October -
  . First Tutorial (Confirmation of your Dissertation Title)
  . Try to write at least 500 words by then
• 15th October - 9.30-4pm, Proposal Discussion, 1-4pm, Studio Development

  . Peer Review
  . Should start one chapter by this date

  . 3rd Tutorial
  . Focuses on the chapter you have uploaded

  . Show and tell of Practical Artefact development
  . 10 minutes Presentation
